Breadshare’s Business Development Manager, Debra Riddell, was recently made a Burgess of the City of Edinburgh and has since become a member of the Edinburgh Bakers (Baxters) Guild. One of Edinburgh’s earliest guilds (incorporated in 1492), the Baxters are seeking to re-connect with other baking guilds across Scotland and are planning a number of networking events later this year.
