Twas the Monday before Christmas after we had just finished moving our baking equipment into the new bakery at Portobello. Our first baking session went without a hitch and we successfully delivered bread to our customers before closing over the Christmas and New Year. In that 2 weeks, we were able to put the finishing touches on the cafe which opened for business on 5th January.
Our first two weeks have been very busy, and our bakery and cafe products have been warmly received by our new customers in Portobello. Thanks to customers and everyone on twitter and Facebook who have wished us well.
